| David Dudley | Managing Director David has over 25 year's experience in the software development industry. Prior to forming Exchange Technology, David was the Software Development Manager at the Sydney Futures Exchange. He is responsible for management of the software development team at Exchange Technology. David has a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree. |
| Ian Kessell | Business Development Ian has over 15 year's project management and business analysis experience within the financial markets. Prior to forming Exchange Technology, Ian was the Project Manager responsible for the introduction of new commodities, products and infrastructure at the Sydney Futures Exchange. Ian's focus at Exchange Technology is in assisting clients with new business
initiatives. He specialises in product research, change management and regulatory
approval. |
| David Horton | Systems Architect Prior to forming Exchange Technology, David was employed at the Sydney Futures Exchange for a 7 year period finishing in the role of Systems Architect. David has considerable software design and development experience with
high availability, real-time systems. He specialises in the design of systems for order
routing, trading and clearing environments. |
| Paul Hatchman | Systems Architect Before forming Exchange Technology, Paul was employed at the Sydney Futures Exchange as a Systems Architect specialising in the area of real-time price calculation and distribution. Paul has extensive software development and system implementation
experience and specialises in real-time data information delivery. In conjunction with
David Horton, Paul is responsible for technical direction at Exchange Technology. |
