Executive Directors

Keith Todd CBE - Chairman
He is also non executive Chairman of Aim listed Amino Technologies plc and non executive Chairman of Magic Lantern a private new media company supplying the broadband market. He was previously non-exec Chairman of Easynet plc (a telecom Services Company) focussed on Broadband services until January 2006 when it was sold to B-Sky-B and of E C Soft which was sold to Cyber Inc in January 2003. He was Chief Executive of ICL plc from 96-2000 (now Fujitsu Services) and responsible for the transformation of ICL from a hardware product company to a $4bn IT services company. He held a number of other senior financial positions in ICL and GEC Marconi defence business, including working in the US for 5 years between 1981 and 1986.He started his career in the public sector. He served as non-executive Chairman of the UK Broadband Stakeholder Group for three years to February 2005. The group included the key stakeholders, both from the public sector and Industry and is focussed on identifying actions that will accelerate the adoption of broadband services in the UK. He was awarded the CBE in June 2006 for his services to the Telecommunications Industry. During the 90's he was the honorary treasurer of the Open University for eight years. He is a lifetime member of BAFTA, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Royal Society for the Arts and enjoys all sport.

Hamish Purdey - Chief Executive
Hamish joined FFastFill in 2000 and has held many roles including Global Service Delivery responsibility as well as President, FFastFill Inc. Hamish has represented FFastFill in London, Asia & Chicago offices. Hamish has many years experience in managing IT deployments and service delivery in the finance sector as well as in pharmaceuticals and other industries. Hamish holds bachelor’s degrees in law and arts and a masters of law specialising in e-commerce. He also holds post graduate finance qualifications.

Non-executive Directors

David Hurst-Brown - Director
Since leaving UBS in 2002 after a career in investment banking, David has been acting as a non executive director for a variety of public and private companies. His present directorships include Anite Plc and Imagination Technologies Plc. David is a member of the Securities Institute. .

James Oliff – Joint Deputy Chairman
James E. Oliff is a member of CME Group Board having served on CME's Boards since April 2002 and as a director of CME since 1994. A member of the exchange for more than 25 years, Oliff served as Second Vice Chairman of CME Holdings' Board from its formation on August 2, 2001 until April 2002, , and of CME's Board from 1998 until April 2002; Mr. Oliff served as Vice Chairman of CME Holdings from 2002 until its  recent merger and becoming CME Group. He previously served on CME's Board from 1982 to 1992. Oliff has also served as Executive Director of International Futures and Options Associates, and as President of LST Commodities, LLC (an introducing broker) from 1999 until January 2002. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Kent State University Financial Engineering Programme.

Nigel McCorkell – Joint Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Nigel McCorkell was a finance director of Flight Refuelling plc (now Cobham plc) from 1981 to 1984. From 1984 to 1996, he was finance director, managing director and subsequently deputy chairman of Meggitt plc. He was chairman of Cork Industries Limited from 1996 until its acquisition in 1999. He was appointed non-executive director of Aero Inventory plc in April 2000 and became Chairman in January 2005. He is Vice-Chairman of St Mary's Hospital Paddington NHS Trust.

Nigel Hartnell - Corporate Development Director
Nigel Hartnell was Corporate Development Director of ICL until October 2000, prior to which he was director responsible for ICL Services. Nigel has been President of the CSSA (the Computer Services and Software Association, now a part of Intellect) and is currently a member of the Intellect Board and Chair of Intellect's Software Group. Nigel is Chairman of South East Media Network (SEMN) and a Director of Screen South. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and has an MA in Mathematics.
